Prices are displayed in MYR or USD, depending on your account setup and location. Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd reserves the right to:
- Adjust pricing without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supply constraints
- Correct any pricing errors that may occur
- Limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of stock shortages or misquotations
All submitted orders are treated as inquiries and are subject to review, confirmation, and final quotation by our sales team.
5. Payment
Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd does not process online payments through this website. Instead, all orders placed via the website are submitted as inquiries through our digital basket system and routed to our internal CRM pipeline for review.
Once we receive your order request:
- Our sales team will verify item availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- You will receive an official quotation or confirmation list for approval.
- Upon your confirmation, an invoice will be issued along with payment instructions.
Accepted payment methods are specified in the invoice or agreement.
Note: No payment is required during submission via the ecommerce website. Final prices, shipping fees, taxes and lead time will be confirmed upon submission of order list.
6. Shipping & Delivery
At Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd, we are committed to fulfilling and dispatching your orders in a timely manner. All delivery timelines provided are estimates and depend on stock availability, product type, and destination.
We collaborate with trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partners for local and international deliveries. Depending on your order and location, goods may be shipped via:
- Standard courier services
- Freight forwarders
- 3PL pickup and delivery (for bulk or industrial orders)
Once an order is ready for dispatch:
- Our logistics team will coordinate with the assigned 3PL provider or your preferred shipping partner (if applicable)
- Tracking information and delivery documents will be shared with you where available
- Any special delivery instructions should be communicated in advance during the inquiry/confirmation process
Please note:
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays
- Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier, freight forwarder, or 3PL provider
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing
For large orders, consolidated shipments, or international delivery requests, our team will work closely with you to arrange the most suitable logistics plan.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items within a specified period (refer to our Returns Policy for more details). Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Returns Policy
At Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we are here to help you resolve the issue through our straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
